From implementation to testing: ONE4ALL technologies at Madama Oliva
On 24th September, CRIT and IBT visited the premises of Madama Oliva, one of the project’s key demonstrators. During the visit, the consortium had the opportunity to see first-hand the AI-powered olive sorting system in operation, which combines an optical selection machine with human expertise to ensure high-quality results.
This demonstration aims to illustrate how ONE4ALL technologies can support manufacturing plants—especially SMEs—in their transition towards Industry 5.0, reinforcing resilience and placing people and sustainability at the centre of production.
Beyond the demonstration, partners engaged in discussions on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for the project. The meeting focused on reviewing the selected KPIs and aligning on the different approaches for their measurement—an essential step to effectively monitor and validate the technologies during the upcoming testing phase.
