KIT at SMC 2025: KIT presented latest research at IEEE SMC 2025 in Vienna

On 5–8 October 2025, our partner Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) participated in the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) held in Vienna, Austria.

The IEEE SMC conference is a leading international forum for researchers and practitioners in systems science, cybernetics, and human–machine systems to exchange pioneering ideas and advances.

During the event, Prof. Sanja Lazarova-Molnar and Ph.D. students Atieh Khodadadi presented KIT’s latest work, titled “Multidimensional Stochastic Petri Nets: A Novel Approach to Modeling and Simulation of Stochastic Discrete-Event Systems.” The paper presents MDSPN, a data-driven simulation formalism derived from the ONE4ALL case studies.

Through this event, KIT contributed to increasing the visibility of the ONE4ALL project within the global research community and enabled valuable exchanges with experts and stakeholders.
