ONE4ALL General Assembly in Porto
From May 21st to 23rd 2025, the partner HOLOSS hosted in Porto the 4th General Assembly of the ONE4ALL project. This key event marked a significant transition for the project—from strategy and design to hands-on implementation at the pilot sites.
Over the three-day gathering, consortium partners reviewed progress across work packages, aligned on upcoming deliverables, and solidified deployment plans for the project’s two pilot sites: Madama Oliva(Italy) and InnoGlobal Technology(Ireland). This assembly set the stage for real-world validation of ONE4ALL’s innovative technologies in flexible automation, robotics, and Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS).
Strengthening Collaboration with the AMiMO Cluster
The highlights of the event were two joint sessions with DMaaST, ONE4ALL’s sister project:
- A workshop led by common partners – Karlsruher Institut für Technologie and Syddansk Universitet – explored advanced digital modeling approaches,
- A focused session on stakeholder identification— organized by CRIT and Energy Efficiency in Industrial Processes —helped ensure that project outcomes align with market and industrial needs.
Throughout the 2 days of meeting, the consortia compared roadmaps, aligned KPIs for flexibility, energy efficiency, and circularity, began drafting joint actions to maximize impact.
In conclusion, the Porto General Assembly reinforced ONE4ALL’s commitment to creating resilient, data-driven, and adaptable manufacturing ecosystems across Europe. With momentum building and strong synergies between partners, the project is poised to deliver impactful results in the next phase.
A heartfelt thank you to HOLOSS for their outstanding hospitality and flawless event coordination. As the ONE4ALL consortium enters this critical implementation phase, the focus now shifts to delivering measurable impact, fostering cross-border collaboration, and driving sustainable transformation in Europe’s manufacturing sector.
